A DJ who reads your room — with full sound, lighting and live musicians on board. You plan the evening, the music takes care of itself.
Who to book for a private event in Phuket? DJ Rudi scores private dinners, birthdays and brand evenings — a DJ since 2002, resident at Kipo Restaurant and Outrigger — building every set from your brief, with professional sound on board.

The records that mean something to you, woven into a night that builds from dinner to the last slow dance.

Product launches, team nights, client dinners — music that flatters the brand and never fights the conversation.
Before the date we talk through your crowd, your taste and your must-play / do-not-play lists. The set is prepared for your evening — not recycled from the last one.
Decks, sound, lighting, live musicians, timing with your planner or venue — everything runs through Rudi. You plan the party, not the tech rider.
A compact kit for a terrace dinner or a full rig with saxophone and percussion for a garden of three hundred — the setup matches the room, never the other way round.
From Saint Petersburg clubs to Phuket beach clubs and international festivals — twenty years of reading rooms means the floor is never empty for long.
Arrival well before the first guest, invisible setup, smart dress, no announcements unless you want them. The only thing people notice is the music.

The night people talk about
The most-booked format — live percussion over the records turns a party into an event.
Ceremony to last dance
For big evenings — every chapter of the day scored, amplified and lit.
For high season on Phuket (November–March) and dates like NYE, 2–3 months is comfortable. For the rest of the year a few weeks is usually enough — but send the date as soon as you have it, and it will be held for you while we talk.
Yes — both are welcome. A must-play list tells Rudi what matters to you, a do-not-play list is just as useful. Requests on the night are part of the job and usually make the evening.
Everything musical: decks, mixer, speakers, microphones, stands, cables, lighting and a battery backup. The venue only needs to provide one regular power socket.
That is the standard way of working. Rudi coordinates timing, setup windows and sound limits directly with your planner, villa manager or venue — you are not in the middle of technical conversations.
A small circle of saxophonists and percussionists Rudi plays with regularly on the island. They improvise over the set rather than performing separate numbers, so the music stays one continuous arc.
Yes — Krabi, Khao Lak, Samui, Bangkok and further on request. Travel within Phuket is included; for other locations logistics are agreed in advance with no surprises on the invoice.
